We’ve experienced a hashrate display error on December 25th, in which miners’ hashrate during 16:00-20:00 December 25th UTC were mistakenly presented as 0 in pool while miners were working normally. The data display error turned out to be the problem of data synchronization delay in Alibaba Cloud servers, which has been fixed at 23:00 December 25th UTC.
Though the problem didn’t affect users’ actual mining profit and hashrate, we are still very sorry for the inconvenience brought to you. To ensure smoother data synchronization and more stable data display, we will make the following optimizations to our pool:
- Back up our data in different servers and network providers;
- Optimize data synchronization logic;
- Set up data monitoring and warning system.
We will continue to provide better services. Really appreciate your continuous support.
